The Psychic Development
When I was a pre-teen, I had a dream that my Aunt, who visited our family tree every weekend and she was crying and land her very large, red and throbbing ear. The following day, my Aunt questioned me if I would cut her hair which is a talent I always had and did for family tree members. While I was cutting her hair, the scissor slipped and I cut her ear. I got a very eery feeling about it and other such dreams that I had occasionally, but on the whole, I never seriously thought about it or considered what it might mean.
As a adult, I accompanied a friend to a psychic honest where we each had mini readings from several psychics. At the honest, I noticed a local Metaphysical magazine and picked one up. While reading it later I establish a school of Metaphysics quite close to my home. I had been searching for my spiritual path and had been very disenchanted with organized religious conviction, so I chose to look into this new school. Some time later I enrolled at the school with the sole intention of studying spirituality. But during my time of study, I took classes in meditation and spiritual enhancement and was exposed to many people with abilities. Slowly I started to realize that I had psychic ability and was able to accept it. I studied the Tarot and started to read for my friends and family tree. I was very insecure about it at first, and didn’t trust the information I was receiving but eventually I gained confidence and started to do public readings. That was 18 years ago. Over the years I have had many blessed and wonderful experiences with my communication with spirit. I have learned how to live the human life more successfully and have had the excellent fortune to be able to guide and help others in their spiritual path. I have learned that there is no real separation between those of us here on earth and those of us on other planes of existence and that they are keen and ready to make contact with us and to guide us.
I had the opportunity some years ago to be one of two psychics on a local telephone system program which aired remotely from uncommon locations each week. On one occasion, we broadcast from local pub that was well loved with business people who stopped in after work. During our live broadcast, a patron of the pub questioned me what he had been in a previous lifetime. This was a white, 50 year ancient gentleman. I immediately was given the information that he was a female slave who cared for the plantation owner’s children in the home. When I told him this, he seemed quite excited. After we finished our broadcast, he questioned me if I would join him for a drink which I did. He clarified that his present home is filled with African Art which he has always been drawn to and that he is a jewelry designer and recently designed an ankle bracelet with a simulated broken chain to signify the freeing of the slaves. I was also very excited to hear his tale and have confirmation of what I had received from spirit. As long as I have done this work, I continued to be awed and amazed by what I received and blessed to be able to be able to help others in so many ways and bring new hope to their lives.
I believe that each and every one of us has psychic ability in innumerable degrees and in innumerable areas. Although there are a few who have the ability as children and come by it completely naturally, many of us, like myself, have to develop our abilities. We must first believe it, let go of any dread of it and then accept it.
Whether or not an individual cares to pursue psychic ability is of course a personal pronouncement, but everyone should pay attention to the messages that the Universe sends to guide us and protect us. Many people dismiss the messages delivered from their inner spirit which could prevent those extra bumps in the road of life and in some cases even protect from danger ahead.
