Joy: What It Means To Me And Can Mean To You
Feeling down and out. Well, possibly its time to turn off the television and stop listening to all of that terrible news.  Place yourself in a cool down spot — reckon of something that has made you feel really excellent.  Possibly it was the birth of a child — or that splendid trip and how much fun you had. Do you remember the last time you had a really excellent laugh?Â
It’s during really tough times that I sit in cool down and reckon about the excellent things in life, not the terrible. Concentrate, use that imagination of yours — do you feel it now? It’s a nice warm feeling — like like. Like really is part of joy.
Along with medicine from the doctor, positive thought, has helped me battle illness, and overcome it with flying colours. Positive thought, giving yourself a shot of hope — is a huge part of joy.
You can’t buy joy from a store, but you don’t need to, it already belongs to your sensitivity and soul. You just have to remember it’s there.
Showing someone a smile, greeting them with a goodmorning — well, that’s joyous. If you surround yourself with positive people — that will help you keep your joy.
Sometimes I’ve listened to a really excellent motivational speaker. They made me feel pleased and upbeat. Well, feeling pleased — that’s feeling your joy.
If you believe in what comes around goes around — well be joyous — and it will always come back to you.
Joy should and can become a part of who you are. It’s a wonderful gift — use it, and never ever let anyone take it away. Yes, joy belongs to you, so take ownership of it.
Joy, if we all used it — what a joyous world it would be.
Now go out there and spread some joy.
